激光模切机采用高精度导轨、伺服驱动系统,模切精度可达 ±0.15mm。适用于微小孔径、复杂异形轮廓的加工,能精准还原设计图纸细节。
传统刀模模切需定制专属刀模,换单时需更换刀模;激光模切机通过设计软件直接生成加工路径,换单仅需修改软件参数,换单时间大大缩短,尤其适合小批量、多品种、定制化订单(如个性化印刷、样品打样)。
激光可实现任意复杂轮廓切割(如曲线、镂空、点阵孔),不受刀模结构限制;支持 “半切、全切、镂空等” 工艺,拓展了产品设计空间。
激光切割过程中,材料汽化或熔化产生的少量烟雾可通过设备自带的排烟系统(搭配滤芯)过滤处理,无粉尘污染;加工过程无机械撞击,噪音低于 70dB,符合环保要求,改善车间工作环境。
Laser die-cutting machines adopt high-precision guide rails and servo drive systems, achieving a die-cutting accuracy of ±0.15mm. Suitable for processing micro-apertures and complex special-shaped contours, they can accurately reproduce the details of design drawings.
Traditional die-cutting requires custom-made dedicated dies and die replacement during order changeover; laser die-cutting machines generate processing paths directly through design software. Order changeover only requires modifying software parameters, significantly reducing changeover time. They are particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety, and customized orders (such as personalized printing and sample proofing).
Lasers can realize cutting of arbitrary complex contours (such as curves, hollowouts, and dot matrix holes) without being restricted by die structures; they support processes like "half-cutting, full-cutting, and hollowing-out," expanding the product design space.
During the laser cutting process, a small amount of smoke generated by material vaporization or melting can be filtered through the equipment's built-in smoke exhaust system (equipped with filter elements), achieving dust-free operation. The processing process involves no mechanical impact, with noise below 70dB, complying with environmental protection requirements and improving the workshop working environment.
